Man Utd eyeing move for 18-goals Czech forward
Manchester United planning to strengthen their offensive end in the summer and added Bayer Leverkusen star Patrik Schick on the shortlist.
Both Cristiano Ronaldo and Edinson Cavani are likely to depart from Old Trafford in the summer and interim manager Ralf Ragnarik has confirmed that adding new no.9 could be their top target in the coming transfer window.
Erling Braut Haaland and Lautaro Martinez are thought to be two of the Red Devils top transfer targets.
Now, the Daily Mail reports that Patrick Schick who has been in fine form also appears to be on the shortlist.
The 26-year-old has enjoyed a stellar Bundesliga season with Leverkusen, scoring 18 goals he is currently the second top scorer of Bundesliga behind Robert Lewandowski.
Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester City and Barcelona are also believed to keep close tabs on the Czech forward’s situation.
The ex-AS Roma man has registered a total of 31 goals in 58 appearances for Bayer Leverkusen since arriving in 2020 and is tied down to the Bundesliga team until 2025.
