We are lost for words at Alejandro Garnacho’s magical assist for McTominay’s goal v Villa
Alejandro Garnacho pulled off a stunning assist for Scott McTominay’s goal during Manchester United’s victory over Aston Villa on Thursday evening.
The Argentine wonderkid was on the bench for the Carabao Cup third round clash at Old Trafford.
He was introduced in the 62nd minute with The Red Devils trailing 2-1.
Garnacho was brilliant during his cameo as he helped United turn the game on its head.
The 18-year-old assisted Bruno Fernandes’ goal to give the Manchester giants a 3-2 lead.
He got his second assist in stoppage-time as he played a huge role in McTominay’s goal.
The youngster picked up the ball on the left-hand side and spotted the run of McTominay.
Garnacho then produced an inch-perfect cross that the Scottish midfielder was able to turn into the net.
It was a magical assist and you can view it below…

What a talent Garnacho is. It’s crazy to think he is just 18 years old.
He has a very bright future ahead of him.
The Argentine is already emerging into a first-team player at United and could star for the Red Devils for many years to come.
Ten Hag on Garnacho’s World Cup chances
Garnacho has an outside chance of being included in Argentina’s World Cup squad, which is announced on Monday.
But Ten Hag is unsure whether Garnacho is ready to be involved.
He said, per Samuel Luckhurst of Manchester Evening News: “It’s a big step to go to a World Cup, the best players in the world come together. I don’t know if that’s the right step for him. He has to keep his head clean, stay calm, work hard and develop, go from game to game.”
