Bayern Munich not planning to sign Cristiano Ronado this summer
German giants, Bayern Munich are reportedly not interested in securing the services of Cristiano Ronaldo in the summer despite the recent rumours surrounding Man Utd forward.
The 37-year-old centre-forward was in stunning form for the 20-time English champions during the 2021-22 season, founding back of the net 24 times and providing three assists in 38 games in all competitions.
The Red Devils ended the season without a trophy, though, and finished the 2021/22 season in the sixth spot in the Premier League standings, which has left them without Champions League football for next season.
There has recently been rumours surrounding Cristiano Ronaldo’s future at Old Trafford, with the forward believed to be concerned by his team’s lack of movement this summer transfer market.
Bayern Munich have been credited with strong interest, with the German champions potentially losing Robert Lewandowski who has been rumoured with a switch to Barcelona.
However, according to Bild journalist Christian Falk, Bayern Munich are not planning to make an official approach for Cristiano Ronaldo.
The Portuguese is believed to be prepared to spend another campaign at Old Trafford, however, has urged the team to accelerate their attempts to sign new players in the summer.
