Juventus eyeing move for Manchester United 29-year-old star
Serie A giants Juventus are reportedly finalising a summer swoop to secure the services of Manchester United’s midfielder Paul Pogba.
The 29-year-old midfielder is expected to depart from Old Trafford when his current deal expires next month, with Juve believed to be leading the race for his services following to a “gentlemen’s agreement” between both teams.
According to Gazetta dello Sport, Juventus are eyeing a move for another Premier League star Jorginho.
The report adds that Jorginho is the club’s primary target, with Italian giants, chief Federico Cherubini having already flown into London to open talks with Chelsea about his return to the Italian top-tier.
Serie A giants are also believed to have held talks with Pogba’s agents and have tabled a three-year deal offer worth in the region of €7.5m (£6.3m) per year.
Pogba has found back of the net just once and has provided nine assists in 27 games during an injury-hit 2021-22 season with United.
