Man United failed with late move for Timo Werner
Manchester United are keen on strengthening their offensive end before the end of the summer transfer window and according to the latest reports they have failed with a late move for Timo Werner who has re-joined RB Leipzig on a permanent basis.
The Red Devils have secured the services of Lisandro Martinez, Christian Eriksen and Tyrell Malacia, however, they have struggled to land their offensive targets.
Erik ten Hag was keen to lure Brazilian forward, Antony from Ajax, however, Dutch giants were not prepared to sanction the deal, while Benjamin Sesko opted to sign for RB Leipzig, despite his agent previously holding a meeting with the Red Devils football director John Murtough.
According to the Manchester Evening News, United also failed to lure German hotshot Timo Werner.who has made £25m to RB Leipzig from Chelsea.
Despite missing out on Werner, Man Utd still looking options to strengthen their offensive end and also keep Cristiano Ronaldo at Old Trafford despite exit talks.
